With a passion for real estate, Katie Grimes Gonzalez of RE/MAX CHAMPIONS prides herself on giving her clients superior service. Katie specializes in Luxury Homes, Waterfront Homes, Residential Resale and New Construction. 
 
Katie has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1999 and is well-versed in the ever-changing Florida real estate market. She is a member of the National Board of Realtors®. Prior to getting her real estate license, Katie was employed in corporate marketing and sales operations for many years. She will use this experience to negotiable with your best interest in mind.
